Location: On-site in New York City (5 days a week)

Salary: $150,000 – $180,000 + discretionary quarterly bonus

What you will do

• Lead 2–4 week AI strategy audits to map workflows, quantify pain points, and prioritize high-ROI opportunities.
• Design and run focused product and strategy sprints combining discovery, analysis, and rapid prototyping.
• Partner with Forward-Deployed Engineers to deploy automated AI workflows using SaaS and low-code platforms.
• Lead change management and enablement programs to integrate AI prototypes into daily workflows.
• Manage C-suite stakeholders to maintain alignment and ensure measurable value creation.
• Translate field learnings into repeatable playbooks and contribute to hirify.global Labs thought leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York City and work from the office five days a week.

• Ability to translate executive-level business challenges into structured AI solutions with clear, measurable ROI.
• Proven ability to bridge the gap between C-suite executives and engineering teams.
• Strong analytical skills with a drive for urgency and proactive problem-solving.
• Experience thriving in fast-paced startup environments with high levels of ambiguity.
