What you will do

• Supervise engineering employees and manage their performance and retention.
• Implement and improve software delivery processes into production, including partner/vendor integrations.
• Agree on schedules and scope with stakeholders and ensure engineers deliver software to commitments.
• Implement remediations when schedule or scope cannot be met.
• Track team performance metrics, software reliability, and bugs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Six years of progressively responsible experience as Engineering Manager, Software Developer, or related
• Full experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL/NoSQL integration, OS X, GIT, scrum, Agile lifecycle, design patterns.
• Experience with 3rd party APIs, workflow architectures, TDD/unit testing, REST/XML/JSON services, messaging, Jenkins, HTML/CSS, NPM/Webpack, React/React-Redux/Router, PCI DSS.
• One year each in AngularJS, Stylus, Sequelize v5, MySQL, Node.js, Express, React migration from AngularJS.
