Salary: $130,000 - $140,000

What you will do

• Lead a team of software engineers through sprint planning, architecture decisions, code quality oversight, mentorship, and hands-on guidance across multiple stacks.
• Interface with clients to gather requirements, present technical approaches, manage expectations, and ensure delivery satisfaction (40% of time).
• Partner with Sales and Account Management for pre-sales scoping, effort estimation, and solution architecture.
• Champion AI-enabled development practices, including adoption of AI coding tools and automation via custom AI agents.
• Establish standards for AI tool usage, prompt engineering, and compliance with SOC 2 Type II security requirements.
• Foster an innovative, inclusive team environment balancing client urgency with sustainable practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a management or technical lead role with senior-level technology team experience.
• 3+ years direct client-facing experience in professional services, consulting, or solutions engineering.
• Exceptional communication skills to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and guide engineers.
• Familiarity with .NET/C#/SQL Server and TypeScript/React/Node.js ecosystems (deep in one, working knowledge of other).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, AI coding assistants, LLM integrations, and security best practices.
• Four-year degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related; experience with JIRA and Confluence.

• Deep expertise in both .NET and TypeScript/React/Node.js ecosystems.
