Hybrid in London, based in the UK. Willingness to travel up to 25%.

What you will do

  • Play essential role in acquiring and growing accounts through technical sales consulting and participation in sales calls.
  • Identify customer needs, define solutions, design presentations, and lead product demonstrations.
  • Manage complex opportunities with deep dive sessions on key functionality.
  • Support RFx, security questionnaires, and sales proposals.
  • Intake and communicate product feedback to product management.
  • Serve as customer-facing evangelist at industry events and through content creation.

Requirements

  • Based in the UK, hybrid in London, travel up to 25%.
  • Experience supporting Legal Data Intelligence use cases (litigation, investigations, DSAR) across review lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of Generative AI in legal document review.
  • Strong sales orientation and technical understanding of hirify.globalOne.
  • 7+ years supporting SaaS, including 4+ years in sales engineering, client services, or consulting.
  • Proven technology skills, interpersonal abilities, communication, analytical problem-solving.

Nice to have

  • hirify.global Certified Administrator (RCA), or pass within 3 months.
  • hirify.global Master status, or obtain within 12 months.
