Senior Pre-Sales Engineer (Legal Data Intelligence)

What you will do

• Provide technical sales consulting and act as a subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders.
• Join sales calls, identify customer business needs, and help define suitable hirify.globalOne solutions.
• Design, support, and lead presentations, product demonstrations, and customer deep-dive sessions.
• Manage complex opportunities and contribute to RFIs, RFPs, security and privacy questionnaires, and sales proposals.
• Communicate customer and prospect feedback to product management and regional stakeholders.
• Represent hirify.global at industry events and create content about industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Experience supporting Legal Data Intelligence use cases across the full review lifecycle, including litigation, investigations, regulatory matters, or DSARs.
• Knowledge of generative AI, specifically for legal document review.
• Strong sales orientation and technical understanding of hirify.globalOne.
• 7+ years supporting SaaS applications, including 4+ years in sales engineering, client services, or consulting.
• Strong technology, communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

• hirify.global Certified Administrator certification or the ability to pass the exam within 3 months.
• hirify.global Master status or the ability to obtain it within 12 months.
