What you will do
- Define and lead the global vision, strategy, and operating model for customer advocacy and references aligned to GTM priorities.
- Build and maintain a centralized library of reference customers, including case studies, testimonials, and event speakers.
- Coordinate the end-to-end development of customer advocacy content, ensuring high quality and brand consistency.
- Design and run scalable workflows for intake and reference matching using automation and AI-enabled tools.
- Track and report on program effectiveness, including utilization, SLA performance, and overall business impact.
- Enable internal teams on the appropriate use of customer advocacy assets and feed insights into Growth Marketing strategies.
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience in Customer Marketing, customer references, or B2B advocacy programs.
- Proven experience owning and scaling global customer reference programs.
- Strong operational mindset with proficiency in CRM or reference platforms and data quality management.
- Experience applying AI-enabled tools to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for authentic customer representation.
