What you will do

  • Develop and lead comprehensive lifecycle strategies for trial activation, conversion, and retention across multiple brands.
  • Establish and own lifecycle performance metrics and build reporting dashboards to track growth impact.
  • Partner with Product, Design, and Data teams to align roadmaps and implement cohesive customer experiences.
  • Execute and optimize email, push, and in-app campaigns using Segment, Iterable, and Databricks.
  • Mentor and build a high-performing lifecycle marketing team as the organization scales.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, growth, or engagement marketing for digital products.
  • Proven track record of improving ARPU, LTV, and retention in subscription or freemium mobile app models.
  • Expertise with data platforms such as Iterable, Segment, and Databricks.
  • Strong background in designing and scaling A/B testing programs.
  • Must be based in the USA
