TL;DR

Learning and Development Manager (The Bar Method): Design, deliver, and facilitate learning experiences for franchise owners and teams with an accent on instructional design, training assets, and performance improvement. Focus on developing innovative training programs, gathering feedback for continuous improvement, and scaling solutions across the franchise network.

Location: Hybrid work model at Woodbury (MN), Boca Raton (FL), or Seattle (WA) offices – on-site Mondays-Thursdays, remote optional Fridays.

Salary: $75k-85k

What you will do

  • Develop and implement training assets partnering with field support and operations teams to build studio owner and team capabilities.
  • Design high-performance training experiences using research-based instructional methods, including webinars, events, and multimedia content.
  • Gather feedback, measure effectiveness, and iterate on training programs for continuous improvement.
  • Create content strategies, communications calendars, and optimize franchisee-facing tools like Resource Center and Academy.
  • Manage training projects, budgets, and events, providing updates to leadership.

Requirements

  • Must work hybrid from US offices (MN, FL, WA) – on-site Mon-Thu.
  • 3+ years end-to-end training development and delivery for large-scale initiatives.
  • Experience designing engaging remote learning content (evergreen/live) with proven adoption results.
  • Strong project management, facilitation, communication, and change management skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders, adapt to dynamic environments, and build collaborative relationships.

Nice to have

  • Franchise environment experience.
  • Fitness industry background.
