TL;DR
Lead, Talent Development & Enablement (AI): Designing and implementing systems for talent and manager growth with an accent on instructional design and leadership development. Focus on building AI-enabled learning experiences using Claude to reimagine talent development in a high-growth environment.
Location: Must be based in or near San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY (Hybrid policy: at least 25% office presence)
Salary: $230,000 - $295,000 USD per year

What you will do
- Design and ship end-to-end talent development experiences from needs analysis through facilitation and measurement.
- Build innovative, Claude-enabled learning experiences across various modalities and audiences.
- Facilitate live workshops and offsites for managers and senior leaders, including VPs and executives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate learning into the overall employee and manager experience.
- Develop a strategic point of view on what makes employees and managers effective at the company.
- Iterate rapidly based on feedback, shipping initial versions of programs within days or weeks.
Requirements
- Deep experience in L&D, instructional design, or organizational development at high-growth tech companies.
- Proven track record of designing manager and leader development programs from first principles at scale.
- Exceptional facilitation skills with experience leading sessions for senior executive audiences.
- Demonstrable AI/LLM fluency in learning design and a clear point of view on how AI changes education.
- Ability to design across multiple modalities (self-service, virtual, in-person) for diverse audiences.
- Must be based in or near San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY to comply with the hybrid office policy.
Nice to have
- 8-10+ years of experience in L&D or organizational development.
- Direct experience building tools powered by Claude or other LLMs.
- Academic background in instructional design, adult learning theory, or organizational psychology.
- Experience designing development programs specifically for technical audiences (engineering, research).
- Expertise in preparing organizations for rapid scaling, role evolution, and reskilling.
