Training & Development Manager (Secret Clearance)

What you will do

• Manage project schedules, milestones, quality assurance, deliverables, and required documentation.
• Prepare and submit monthly status reports and quarterly program reviews in accordance with PWS requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, maintaining alignment with strategic objectives.
• Coordinate the development and delivery of training materials with the data management team.
• Oversee training schedules, implementation, assessment, and the use of varied instructional methods.
• Support knowledge management objectives and operational readiness across program activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training & Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in project management, training development, and stakeholder engagement.
• Active Secret clearance is required.
• Successful completion of a drug screen and background check is required.
• Strong project management, organizational, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
• Experience developing and delivering training programs and using tools such as SharePoint, Power BI, and other data visualization or knowledge management platforms.

Nice to have

• Knowledge management experience in a Department of Defense or similar environment.
• PMP or CTT+ certification.
