What you will do
- Develop, manage, and oversee task schedules, milestones, and quality assurance for timely deliverables.
- Prepare and submit monthly status reports and quarterly reviews compliant with requirements.
- Serve as primary point of contact for client stakeholders, facilitating communication and alignment.
- Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain momentum.
- Coordinate creation and delivery of training materials in collaboration with data management team.
- Oversee scheduling, implementation, and assessment of training sessions using diverse methods.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training & Development, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in project management, training development, and stakeholder engagement, preferably in DoD or similar
- Active secret clearance; able to pass drug screen and background check
- Strong project management and organizational skills for complex projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication to engage stakeholders.
- Experience developing and delivering training programs with varied instructional methods.
- Proficiency in SharePoint, Power BI, and knowledge management tools.
