Compensation: UK: £55,000 - £62,933; US: $74,987 - $84,960

What you will do

• Translate global P&C strategy into actionable plans for Europe and the US.
• Lead transformation and process improvement projects to enhance employee experience and service quality.
• Implement key initiatives including the EU Pay Transparency Directive, SkillSurvey rollout, and Workday onboarding enhancements.
• Develop and track KPIs, risks, and impact through strategic roadmaps and reporting tools.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and global P&C teams to ensure operational excellence and alignment.

Requirements

• Significant senior HR experience in large, complex global organizations.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting European HR.
• Proven track record in organization-wide change and business transformation within matrixed environments.
• Strong consulting skills with the ability to influence and solve problems collaboratively.
• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
