What you will do

  • Conduct needs assessments and build strategic training roadmaps balancing discipline-specific and cross-functional priorities.
  • Partner with Discipline Council leads in Art, Production, Game Design, Product, and Engineering to prioritize high-impact initiatives.
  • Integrate AI training into functional roadmaps in collaboration with AI stakeholders.
  • Design technically accurate, high-retention training content with internal SMEs and curate craft-specific paths in platforms like Cornerstone and Pluralsight.
  • Scale "Peers Teaching Peers" programs to foster internal knowledge sharing.
  • Track performance outcomes and provide data-backed ROI to Discipline Councils.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in Technical Training, Instructional Design, or Talent Development, preferably in gaming, tech, or creative industries.
  • Deep expertise in adult learning principles for skill transfer and retention in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience building and scaling programs from concept to implementation.
  • Technical fluency in game development cycles, engineering, art, product, and production to engage SMEs and Council leads.
  • Expertise in program architecture, stakeholder alignment, and strategic synthesis across multiple disciplines.
  • Experience with Cornerstone or similar LMS; travel less than 10% as needed.
