Salary: $200,000 - $450,000 USD total annual compensation, including base salary, performance bonus, and equity

What you will do

• Set the creative standard across every client, format, and platform, tracking trends and translating them into actionable frameworks.
• Improve the team of performance creative strategists, enhancing their diagnostic skills and creative confidence.
• Build standards, workflows, and SOPs for the production team to ensure systematic and high-output execution.
• Work with the head of talent to align creative strategy and creator processes.
• Own the creative side of new client onboarding, building frameworks for fast early wins.
• Serve as the senior creative voice, presenting strategy with conviction and providing constructive feedback to clients.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in performance creative, with a majority at an agency managing a large portfolio of clients.
• Proven ability to drive revenue with a measurable impact on conversion rates and cost per acquisition.
• Genuine fluency in direct response creative, understanding what drives engagement and conversion.
• Experience in building and developing junior and senior strategists, fostering a data-driven creative culture.
• Proven ability to maintain high quality and client confidence while managing a high volume of work.
