What you will do

• Set the global creative standard across Meta and TikTok, translating market signals into SOPs and repeatable frameworks.
• Mentor a team of performance creative strategists to improve their diagnostic skills and fluency in direct response principles.
• Collaborate with the lead editor to establish systematic production workflows and high-output standards.
• Align creative strategy with the creator process in coordination with the head of talent.
• Own the creative onboarding for new clients to establish early wins and proof of concept within the first 30 days.
• Serve as the senior creative voice for founders and CMOs, providing data-backed strategy and conviction.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in performance creative, primarily within an agency managing a large portfolio of clients.
• Proven track record of driving measurable revenue, conversion rates, and CPA improvements.
• Deep fluency in direct response creative, including thumb-stop triggers and platform-specific dynamics for Meta and TikTok.
• Experience building and leading teams of strategists under real performance pressure.
• Ability to maintain high quality and team alignment while managing extreme volumes of work.
