What you will do

• Set creative standards across all platforms, translating trends from Meta and TikTok into SOPs and playbooks.
• Mentor and develop a team of performance creative strategists to improve their diagnostic and execution skills.
• Partner with the lead editor to build systematic production standards and high-output workflows.
• Align creative strategy with creator processes in collaboration with the head of talent.
• Own the creative onboarding process for new clients to establish early wins and proof of concept.
• Act as the senior creative voice for founders and CMOs, providing data-backed strategic guidance.

Requirements

• 7+ years in performance creative, primarily within an agency managing large client portfolios.
• Demonstrated ability to drive measurable revenue growth, conversion rates, and CPA improvements.
• Expertise in direct response creative and specific platform dynamics for Meta and TikTok.
• Proven experience in managing and developing professional strategists under high pressure.
• Ability to maintain high quality and alignment while operating at significant volume.
