What you will do

• Set creative standards across clients, formats, and platforms by tracking trends, creating SOPs, playbooks, and frameworks.
• Lead and develop team of performance creative strategists to improve diagnosis, direct response fluency, and data-grounded decisions.
• Build production processes, workflows, and SOPs with lead editor for high-output execution.
• Align creative strategy with creator and talent processes for cohesive briefs and paid media.
• Own creative onboarding for new client launches to achieve early wins and proof of concept.
• Act as senior creative voice for clients, presenting strategies, giving feedback, and explaining performance issues.

Requirements

• 7+ years in performance creative, mostly at agency managing large client portfolios with fast context-switching.
• Proven revenue impact through led work on conversion rates, CPA, and brand growth with specific examples.
• Fluency in direct response creative for Meta/TikTok, diagnosing hooks, backed by data from run accounts.
• Experience building and leading teams under performance pressure, raising standards without chaos.
• Thrived at high volume, maintaining quality, client confidence, and team alignment.
