What you will do

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion.
• Create and maintain master programme schedules and interface with client's planning department.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including project managers, contractors, engineers, architects, and clients to develop detailed plans and monitor progress.
• Coordinate resources like labour, equipment, and materials according to project schedules.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks, develop contingency plans, and generate progress reports for senior management.
• Integrate inputs from contractors, architects, engineers, and project managers into planning processes.

Requirements

• Construction-related degree or equivalent qualification
• Demonstrable experience as consultant or client-side Project Planner on large programmes with multiple interfaces
• Experience across infrastructure, vertical development, and complex design/construction interfaces
• Proficiency in Asta PowerProjects and/or Primavera P6
• In-depth knowledge of construction project management principles and RIBA stages 1-5
• Strong communication skills and client-focused collaboration
