What you will do

• Report to the Bid Director and manage the full end-to-end bid process to deliver high-quality tender submissions
• Develop win strategies through research, tender analysis, workshops, and stakeholder collaboration
• Produce tender programmes, bid plans, key messaging, and storyboard content
• Coordinate tender team members, internal stakeholders, and client relationships during live tenders
• Oversee submission development, writing, review, and ensure compliance with tender instructions and governance
• Contribute to business development databases and prepare communications and reporting documents

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bid Manager in construction, engineering, or architectural sector
• Strong understanding of bid management, tender strategy, and programme coordination
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to lead workshops and manage stakeholders
• Highly organised with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
• Strong leadership, coordination, and motivational skills

Nice to have

• PMP, PMQ or equivalent project management qualification
