What you will do

• Shape projects to optimize outcomes, including planning, sequencing workstreams, and aligning to business needs.
• Establish and coordinate change activities across Customer Service, integrating third-party deliveries and dependencies.
• Proactively engage stakeholders, ensuring alignment on direction, scope, priorities, and progress.
• Monitor project delivery, economics, resources, and performance with clear reporting.
• Ensure effective governance, quality assurance, communication, and risk management.
• Take end-to-end accountability for delivery, benefits realization, and issue escalation.

Requirements

• Experience in fast-paced, agile environments, adapting delivery approaches.
• Proven cross-functional team management, including external partners.
• Strong stakeholder management across business areas and seniority levels.
• Expertise in project methodologies, planning, change management, and risk principles.
• Full waterfall project lifecycle delivery experience.
• Project governance, monitoring, reporting, and documentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in finance transformation, front office, or actuarial/accounting projects.
• Knowledge of life and pensions products, markets, and regulations.
• Understanding of AI Policy Administration Systems, Contact Centre CRM, and emerging tech.
