What you will do
- Shape projects to optimize outcomes, including planning, sequencing workstreams, and aligning to business needs.
- Establish and coordinate change activities across Customer Service, integrating third-party deliveries and dependencies.
- Proactively engage stakeholders, ensuring alignment on direction, scope, priorities, and progress.
- Monitor project delivery, economics, resources, and performance with clear reporting.
- Ensure effective governance, quality assurance, communication, and risk management.
- Take end-to-end accountability for delivery, benefits realization, and issue escalation.
Requirements
- Experience in fast-paced, agile environments, adapting delivery approaches.
- Proven cross-functional team management, including external partners.
- Strong stakeholder management across business areas and seniority levels.
- Expertise in project methodologies, planning, change management, and risk principles.
- Full waterfall project lifecycle delivery experience.
- Project governance, monitoring, reporting, and documentation skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in finance transformation, front office, or actuarial/accounting projects.
- Knowledge of life and pensions products, markets, and regulations.
- Understanding of AI Policy Administration Systems, Contact Centre CRM, and emerging tech.
