What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Define project scope, governance structures, delivery plans, milestones, and success measures.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change control via RAID logs and steering packs.
• Facilitate project ceremonies including kick-offs, stand-ups, workshops, and steering committees.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Technology, Compliance, Operations, Risk, Legal, and Finance.
• Oversee third-party and vendor contributions to ensure contractual and delivery alignment.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering projects within financial services or a similarly regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid).
• Experience producing robust project documentation and operating within structured governance environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and project tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Planner, or Azure DevOps.
• Demonstrable experience managing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as APM PMQ, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Scrum Master, or AgilePM.
