Location: Hybrid (Bristol, UK) - 3 days per week onsite

What you will do

• Build and maintain multi-phase project schedules across design, procurement, assembly, integration, and testing
• Update plans with progress data and forecast schedule impacts
• Track milestones and highlight risks or deviations early
• Lead regular schedule reviews and produce progress reports and dashboards
• Coordinate with technical teams to verify task status
• Support bid schedules and baseline updates for contract changes

Requirements

• Experience in project planning or scheduling within engineering or technical environments
• Strong understanding of dependencies, critical paths, and schedule control
• Confident communicator able to work closely with multidisciplinary teams
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams

Nice to have

• Experience with planning tools such as MS Project or Primavera P6
• Previous work experience in engineering or manufacturing sectors
