• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support hiring priorities
• Maintain high sourcing quality, pipeline organization, and track talent trends
• Improve sourcing strategies, messaging, and outreach effectiveness

Requirements

• Proven experience sourcing technical or engineering talent
• Strong research and talent identification ability
• Familiarity with software engineering and AI/ML talent landscapes preferred
• Strong written communication and candidate engagement skills
