What you will do

• Source and engage high-quality technical talent across global markets
• Build pipelines across software engineering, machine learning, infrastructure, and product engineering
• Conduct market mapping and talent research across companies, research labs, and universities
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support hiring priorities
• Maintain high sourcing quality, pipeline organization, and track talent market trends
• Continuously improve sourcing strategies, messaging, and outreach effectiveness

Requirements

• Proven experience sourcing technical or engineering talent
• Strong research and talent identification ability
• Familiarity with software engineering and AI/ML talent landscapes
• Strong written communication and candidate engagement skills
• High attention to detail and organizational ability
• Comfortable in fast-moving environments with high hiring volume and persistent mindset
