• Track talent market trends, competitor movements, and emerging talent pools.
• Optimize sourcing strategies, messaging, and outreach effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience sourcing technical or engineering talent.
• Strong research and talent identification abilities.
• Familiarity with software engineering and AI/ML talent landscapes.
