TL;DR

GTM and G&A Talent Acquisition Leader (SaaS): Lead end-to-end recruiting strategy for global Go-to-Market and General & Administrative teams with an accent on scaling high-performing sales organizations. Focus on building talent pipelines, mentoring recruiters, and providing data-driven insights to leadership.

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, California - office attendance required twice a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays), may include additional in-office days for events.

Salary: $210,000 - $240,000 base (SF headquarters rate, varies by location) + equity + bonus.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute global talent acquisition strategies for GTM (Solutions Engineering, AEs, CS, RevOps, Partnerships, Professional Services) and G&A (People, Legal, Finance, Business Technology) functions.
  • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, providing coaching and professional development.
  • Build scalable recruiting processes, workflows, and systems in partnership with Recruiting Operations.
  • Oversee talent pipeline development and serve as strategic advisor to GTM and G&A leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with People BP, Finance, Total Rewards, and business leaders on hiring plans and workforce planning.
  • Track metrics, optimize recruiting performance, and strengthen employer branding in the sales community.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive recruiting leadership in sales, GTM, and G&A roles within SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record scaling high-performing sales organizations in high-growth global environments.
  • Deep expertise recruiting AEs, SEs, CS, RevOps, and Professional Services roles.
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and data-driven analytical skills.
  • Experience with ATS, sourcing tools, candidate engagement platforms, and emerging AI technologies.
  • Knowledge of global market dynamics and sales compensation trends.
