What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruitment for GTM and G&A roles, including sourcing, screening, offer management, and onboarding handover.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles, compensation, timelines, and consult on interviewing decisions.
• Conduct talent mapping, competitive intelligence, and build candidate engagement strategies for EMEA markets.
• Deliver exceptional candidate experiences through high-touch, personalized processes.
• Leverage data and metrics to optimize hiring, create scalable processes, interview guides, and scorecards.
• Serve as strategic partner to business leaders, manage external agencies, and mitigate hiring risks.

Requirements

• 5+ years full-cycle in-house recruiting experience in B2B SaaS
• Deep experience with GTM recruiting in the UK and across Europe (DACH, Benelux)
• Proven track record sourcing and engaging passive candidates
• Superior negotiation, closing skills, and ability to navigate ambiguity
• Strong business acumen, influencing senior stakeholders, and communication skills
• Ability to analyze metrics and market trends to adapt strategies
