What you will do
- Set and execute multi-year talent strategy for hiring velocity and quality at scale.
- Own workforce planning and forecasting with finance and executives.
- Build and evolve recruiting systems, processes, and tooling for predictable hiring.
- Lead and develop recruiting team of managers, ICs, and coordinators with high performance standards.
- Set and protect hiring bar across functions, ensuring consistent calibration and quality.
- Partner with functional leaders to align priorities and enable hiring managers.
- Make hiring performance measurable and visible to team, partners, and executives.
Requirements
- 10+ years recruiting experience, 3+ years in leadership owning recruiting function at high-growth tech company.
- Experience owning large, complex hiring plans including workforce planning and executive alignment at scaling companies.
- Strong analytical skills for capacity modeling, indicators, and decision-driving reporting.
- Clear philosophy on hiring bar, calibration, and protection under pressure.
- Proven ability to build and develop recruiting teams with goals, engagement, and high standards.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influence with executives and finance.
- Track record building scalable recruiting systems and processes.
Nice to have
- Experience hiring across EPD, GTM, G&A with different sourcing strategies.
- Familiarity with Ashby ATS and recruiting analytics in Google Sheets.
- Experience evolving recruiting operations function.
- Data-grounded point of view on employer brand and candidate experience.
- Comfort in ambiguity with quick, honest decision-making.
- Prior experience at developer tools, infrastructure, or cloud companies.
