What you will do
- Lead end-to-end global GTM hiring projects as both a TA Specialist and project manager.
- Co-design assessment processes, including scorecards, interview plans, and evaluation tools.
- Analyze pipeline health and conversion metrics to optimize hiring outcomes.
- Collaborate with the sourcing team to build proactive pipelines of top talent.
- Evaluate candidate competencies and values fit through structured screening and CBI interviews.
- Ensure a high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in global full-cycle recruitment.
- Proven track record of hiring GTM roles (SDR, BDM/AE, CSM) within the B2B SaaS domain.
- English proficiency: C1 level or higher is required.
- Experience with structured, deep assessment approaches and hiring quality metrics.
- Ability to operate autonomously in a KPI-driven environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to advise and influence hiring managers.
