What you will do

• Lead development, writing, editing, and proofing of high-quality bid and tender submissions
• Collaborate with bid managers, operational teams, and experts to develop winning strategies and responses
• Analyse tender documentation and client requirements to create answer plans and maximise scores
• Develop compelling content articulating win themes, technical solutions, and value propositions
• Research and gather project examples, case studies, and supporting information
• Coordinate deadlines, manage deliverables, and support quality assurance and reviews

Requirements

• Proven experience as Bid Writer or Senior Bid Writer in construction or engineering sector
• Strong understanding of bid and tender processes across various project values
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
• Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills
• APMP accreditation (Foundation or Practitioner) desirable
