What you will do
- Respond promptly to inbound leads within defined SLAs via emails, phone calls, and SMS.
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings using HubSpot Meetings.
- Maintain accurate CRM records by logging activities, notes, and dispositions.
- Nurture cold leads through follow-up cadences or handoff to marketing.
- Monitor and triage website forms, calls, demo requests, and email inquiries.
- Collaborate with Account Executives on handoffs and provide feedback on lead quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years in a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot.
- Comfort with phone outreach and handling objections.
- Highly organized, process-oriented, self-starter, and tech-savvy.
