What you will do

  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to engage potential customers.
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies, including email and LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Generate qualified meetings for the sales team by identifying key prospects.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and improve lead generation.
  • Maintain understanding of product, value proposition, and industry trends.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics to improve effectiveness.
  • Represent the business at international conferences and trade shows.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as SDR, BDR, or similar sales role
  • Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
  • Experience with outreach methods: email, phone, LinkedIn
  • Familiarity with prospecting tools like Apollo, Lusha, Salesloft
  • Highly motivated, target-driven with proven goal achievement
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to travel
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Experience running or optimizing outbound campaigns

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with DevOps ecosystem or cloud infrastructure
  • Spanish, German, or French
