What you will do
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to engage potential customers.
- Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies, including email and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Generate qualified meetings for the sales team by identifying key prospects.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and improve lead generation.
- Maintain understanding of product, value proposition, and industry trends.
- Track and report on key performance metrics to improve effectiveness.
- Represent the business at international conferences and trade shows.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as SDR, BDR, or similar sales role
- Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
- Experience with outreach methods: email, phone, LinkedIn
- Familiarity with prospecting tools like Apollo, Lusha, Salesloft
- Highly motivated, target-driven with proven goal achievement
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to travel
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Experience running or optimizing outbound campaigns
Nice to have
- Familiarity with DevOps ecosystem or cloud infrastructure
- Spanish, German, or French
