• Carry out duties efficiently per processes, with working knowledge of building contracts.

Requirements

• Proven project delivery experience in similar sectors and as Project Manager in consultancy.
• Client-facing experience with high delivery standards and stakeholder management.
• Track record of team collaboration, prioritising workloads, and meeting deadlines.
• Degree in Construction, Real Estate, Project Management, or related field.
• Professional Chartered qualification (e.g., MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM) or studying toward it.
• Positive, proactive approach with commitment to customer service excellence and commercial results.
