What you will do

• Organise and facilitate project meetings, including agendas, invites, minutes and action tracking.
• Create reporting packs and support governance forums like Steering Committees.
• Maintain risk, issue, action and dependency (RAID) logs with updates and escalations.
• Monitor milestones, plans and cross-workstream dependencies.
• Manipulate data for accurate reporting using ServiceNow, SharePoint and spreadsheets.
• Identify process improvements and support enterprise PMO best practices.

Requirements

• Experience in PMO environment on Technology-focused projects.
• Strong Excel for data manipulation and tracking.
• Strong PowerPoint for slide packs and reporting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with project managers and teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Proactive problem-solving and commitment to governance.
