What you will do

• Lead complex Professional Services delivery programs involving multiple concurrent workstreams, strategic customers, and Authorized Partners.
• Manage strategic account engagements, serving as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders and internal leadership.
• Drive executive-level communication, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and escalation resolution for high-visibility initiatives.
• Partner with Professional Services leadership to align delivery execution with broader business objectives and customer success.
• Develop integrated roadmaps, governance models, timelines, and communication plans to drive accountability.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, operational efficiency, and organizational scalability.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• 5 years of functional experience with project management activities.
• 3 years of specific project management experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing strategic enterprise customer engagements with executive-level stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Must be able to comply with U.S. export controls.
