What you will do

• Lead projects from conception to close-out, managing timelines, budgets, resources, risks, communication and stakeholders.
• Coordinate daily activities, delegate tasks, and ensure contracted scope delivery with quality and efficiency.
• Serve as client-facing lead, implementing studies, handling data management, inventory, shipping and reporting.
• Track metrics, revenue goals, and variances; identify out-of-scope work and escalate issues.
• Prepare project documents, present at meetings, and mentor junior PMs.
• Resolve operational issues and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life science or related field
• Experience as Project Manager for Central Laboratories in CRO, Pharma or Biotech
• Fluent English (read, write, speak, comprehend)
• Available for travel 10-25% domestically and internationally
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office/365), presentation, organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Strong project management, data analysis, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
