Head of Digital Marketing (Paid Media): Own the paid media engine across Meta, TikTok, Google and other platforms translating creative hypotheses, ICP intelligence and pricing offers into qualified merchant acquisition with strict payback discipline. Focus on multi-market scaling, hyperlocal flights, lead qualification integration with sales, and AI-first operations using agents for volume tasks.

Location: Central London, 4 days/week for close collaboration with VP, Creative, Marketing Engineers and Sales teams.

What you will do

• Own paid media across Meta, TikTok, Google and other platforms: pacing, channel mix, CPA accountability, daily decisions across 9 markets.
• Apply tiered allocation rules, scale/test/maintain spend per market using AI agents.
• Run hyperlocal paid media flights paired with field/inside sales in hospitality-dense cities, layering DOOH, programmatic, radio, etc.
• Manage lead-qualification engine: score, route to sales or nurture, align with sales on capacity and handoffs.
• Drive measurement with attribution, incrementality tests (geo-lift, hold-out, MMM), inform payback discipline and reallocations.
• Operate AI-first: humans set strategy, AI handles volume, signals, orchestration.

Requirements

• 8+ years in digital/paid performance/growth marketing, ideally fintech/SaaS/payments/SME.
• Proven success running paid media at scale across Meta, TikTok, Google with CPA/payback results.
• Experience building marketing-sales bridge: lead scoring, qualification, handoffs.
• Multi-market experience across European markets.
• Incrementality expertise: geo-lift, MMM, causal attribution.
• Strong leader/operator using AI agents in workflows; bring your AI stack and portfolio.
• Central London, 4 days/week.
