TL;DR

Marketing Manager, FT Live (Events): Develop and deliver strategic, data-driven marketing campaigns for global conferences, summits and forums with an accent on audience growth, delegate attendance and sponsorship revenue. Focus on multi-channel strategies, lead generation, performance optimization and cross-functional collaboration to drive commercial success.

Location: London, 50% hybrid working model (averaging two to three days onsite)

What you will do

  • Develop and implement integrated multi-channel marketing strategies to drive event awareness, audience growth, delegate attendance and sponsorship revenue
  • Identify new audience segments, refine messaging and optimise campaigns using market insights and data
  • Manage marketing budgets, lead generation and end-to-end campaigns across email, web, paid media, SEO, social and content
  • Optimise event websites, produce compelling assets and manage strategic partnerships to extend reach
  • Monitor performance, conduct post-event analysis and collaborate with Content, Sales, Commercial and Operations teams

Requirements

  • 4–5+ years’ B2B marketing experience, ideally in events, media or agency
  • Proven experience developing and delivering multi-channel campaigns driving audience growth and engagement
  • Strong strategic and commercial mentality with data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent copywriting, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools including Google Analytics, and digital channels (email, paid media, SEO, social)
  • Comfortable with marketing technologies; highly organised in fast-paced environment

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing B2B conferences, summits or premium live events
  • Familiarity with audience acquisition and lead generation in subscription, media or events
  • Experience with partnership or sponsorship marketing initiatives
