What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of field sales professionals, managing recruitment to performance appraisals.
  • Define operational metrics, drive team performance, and report to executives.
  • Cultivate new business, secure partnerships, and close key deals for long-term success.
  • Foster collaboration across teams including Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Finance.
  • Represent the company at events, stay current on market trends, and inform strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in new business development sales, at least 1 year in outbound sales management
  • Professional B2B SaaS sales background with expertise in methodologies, techniques, and negotiation
  • Experience managing small-medium field sales teams across full employee lifecycle
  • First-line management skills for collaborative, growth-oriented culture
  • Excellent English and Swedish communication skills
  • High energy for driving results and customer experience

  • Experience selling VDR products
