What you will do

• Lead onboarding sessions and conduct engaging product demos for new partners via video calls.
• Guide AV integrators, technology resellers, and music curators through setup and activation.
• Evaluate partner fit and growth potential to ensure successful long-term collaboration.
• Coordinate smooth handovers of high-potential partners to Partner Success Managers.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and onboarding data using HubSpot.
• Iterate and improve onboarding materials based on partner feedback.

Requirements

• Must be based in Stockholm, Sweden.
• Experience in onboarding, customer success, account management, or partner-related roles.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems, specifically HubSpot or similar tools.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous onboarding processes and lead video meetings.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, ProAV, or partner/channel-driven business models.
• Fluency in German, French, or Spanish.
• Familiarity with the music industry or AV integrators.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
