TL;DR

Intern, Business Development (Fintech): Support the commercial team in expanding relationships with financial institutions and partners with an accent on preparing pitch materials, conducting market research, and tracking campaign performance. Focus on identifying new business opportunities, maintaining partner documentation, and contributing to growth projects.

Location: Hybrid: onsite Monday–Thursday in Hong Kong, remote Friday. Dates: June 1, 2026 – August 24, 2026. Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

What you will do

• Prepare pitch materials, presentations, and proposals for financial partners
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities
• Track campaign performance and compile post-campaign reports
• Maintain partner relationship documentation and update CRM
• Participate in internal and external meetings, assist in follow-ups
• Support commercial team projects as needed

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
• Good verbal and written English communication skills; Cantonese a plus
• Strong interest in digital marketing, fintech, or financial services
• Proactive, organized, able to handle multiple tasks
• Team player with curiosity and willingness to learn

Nice to have

• Prior internship in sales, business development, or marketing
• Familiarity with PowerPoint, Excel, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
• Eye for detail in reports and presentations
• Interest in analytics and performance data
