What you will do
- Define and drive territory strategy: build and execute go-to-market plans, segment markets, prioritize key accounts, and set milestones.
- Build strategic executive relationships with education authorities, municipal leaders, and school executives to secure sponsorship.
- Win and expand strategic accounts through full-cycle sales, aligning stakeholders and running close plans.
- Lead consultative sales using methodologies like MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger to build ROI cases.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams for seamless delivery and growth.
- Create regional momentum via partner networks, conferences, and policy forums.
Requirements
- Native-level German and professional English
- Based anywhere within the NRW region
- Enterprise new-business track record in Germany: closing multi-stakeholder B2B deals with long cycles.
- Executive relationship building with C-suite to school leaders via face-to-face engagement.
- Strategic GTM execution: market segmentation, pipeline hygiene, forecasting in HubSpot.
- Structured consultative selling with proven methodologies.
