What you will do

  • Build and scale a high-performing sales team from the ground up, recruiting, developing, and retaining talent.
  • Motivate and coach the team to deliver exceptional service and build partnerships with salon chains and multi-site operators.
  • Set and manage performance expectations, KPIs, and sales funnels using HubSpot for optimal conversion and efficiency.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies, achieve targets, and drive market share across Germany.
  • Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, territory planning, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting.
  • Refine sales processes for operational efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Strong B2B commercial leadership experience in SaaS, digital sales, online marketplace, or payments companies managing multi-location teams.
  • Experience managing pre-sales, inside sales, business development, and account management functions.
  • Proven track record in target/KPI delivery, team building, and driving performance.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable starting from scratch in high-growth environments.
  • Analytical skills with data, creative problem-solving, and ability to influence across the business.
  • Self-motivated team player thriving in fast-paced settings.
