What you will do
- Lead and develop a team of field sales professionals: mentor, hire, manage performance, and build a culture of continuous learning and accountability.
- Drive performance by setting operational metrics, tracking business development outcomes, and presenting insights to executives.
- Grow the business through new pipelines, strategic partnerships, and supporting high-impact deal closures for immediate and long-term revenue.
- Collaborate across teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Finance) to align on objectives, forecast accurately using sales data, and highlight trends.
- Lead by example in customer interactions, industry events, and staying current on market trends, competition, and best practices.
Requirements
- 4-year University Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3.5 GPA.
- 5+ years hands-on experience in B2B new business development and closing deals across multiple geographic areas.
- 2+ years outbound sales managerial experience, including hiring and developing teams of 5+.
- Professional B2B SaaS sales background with high-velocity, high-volume strategies.
- Experience in sales methodologies (MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger) and negotiation.
- Strong leadership, communication skills in English, high energy, and results-driven mindset.

- Experience in financial, legal, or consulting fields with understanding of M&A workflows.
