hirify.global is a profitable, high-growth insurtech company that designs, underwrites, and distributes specialty coverage for commercial property owners and tenants.

What you will do

  • Build and execute the go-to-market distribution strategy for manufactured housing insurance products.
  • Hire, lead, and coach a sales team while remaining hands-on with deal closures.
  • Develop and own relationships with key distribution partners including REITs, dealer networks, and property management companies.
  • Balance growth with unit economics by constructing an effective distribution mix.
  • Integrate market feedback into product improvements, feature priorities, and underwriting decisions.
  • Own the vertical’s revenue quota, retention targets, and P&L performance.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in revenue leadership, distribution, or commercial roles within insurance, insurtech, or B2B financial services.
  • Working knowledge of the manufactured housing industry and existing relationships with community operators and REITs.
  • Proven track record of launching or scaling a new product line or market entry from scratch.
  • Experience owning a revenue number, quota, or P&L line with consistent delivery.
  • Hands-on experience building and managing sales teams through revenue cycles.
  • Strong cross-functional partnership skills to work effectively with product, marketing, and underwriting teams.

Nice to have

  • Background in property, habitational, or tenant protection insurance.
  • Underwriting experience or knowledge of commercial P&C underwriting principles.
  • Familiarity with regulatory environments specific to manufactured housing.
  • Prior experience in a high-growth insurtech or scale-up environment.
