What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of field sales professionals, managing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to performance appraisals.
- Define operational metrics and report team performance to the executive leadership to drive functional outcomes.
- Cultivate new business, secure strategic partnerships, and support the closure of key deals.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Finance teams to achieve shared objectives.
- Represent the company at industry events and stay current on market trends and competition to inform strategic planning.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in new business development sales.
- At least 1 year of direct line management experience of outbound sellers.
- Professional background in B2B SaaS with expertise in transactional sales and negotiation practices.
- Experience managing small to medium teams of individual contributors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English.

- Experience in selling VDR products.
