What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of field sales professionals, managing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to performance appraisals.
  • Define operational metrics and report team performance to the executive leadership to drive functional outcomes.
  • Cultivate new business, secure strategic partnerships, and support the closure of key deals.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Finance teams to achieve shared objectives.
  • Represent the company at industry events and stay current on market trends and competition to inform strategic planning.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in new business development sales.
  • At least 1 year of direct line management experience of outbound sellers.
  • Professional background in B2B SaaS with expertise in transactional sales and negotiation practices.
  • Experience managing small to medium teams of individual contributors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English.

Nice to have

  • Experience in selling VDR products.
