What you will do

• Develop and expand a referral network of Hematologists and Oncologists across Poland, prioritizing high-potential offices and treatment centers.
• Conduct outbound outreach and regular in-person visits to educate physicians on the referral process and platform.
• Represent the company at medical congresses and relevant oncology events.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, including contacts, visit notes, and referral activity.
• Analyze market potential and competitive activity to inform commercial strategy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to improve the physician and patient experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Hematology/Oncology sales or medical affairs experience, preferably with reputable pharmaceutical companies in Poland.
• An established network of Polish Hematologists and Oncologists that can be activated immediately.
• Current residency in Poland and ability to travel regularly to physician offices.
• Professional working proficiency in English and native or fluent Polish.
• Strong familiarity with the Polish healthcare system and oncology referral pathways.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience.
