What you will do

• Own CRM hygiene, data integrity, pipeline accuracy, and real-time deal records for leadership visibility.
• Design and maintain sales process templates, workflows, and checklists to standardize operations.
• Review call recordings, create tailored proposals, and coordinate end-to-end contract processes including signatures and filing.
• Vet and triage inbound leads, schedule assignments, and log activities in CRM.
• Act as coordination hub between sales, finance, delivery, and creative teams for smooth client handoffs and onboarding.
• Identify inefficiencies, implement improvements, and address handoff gaps.

Requirements

• 2+ years in sales support, marketing, or administrative roles
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, with ability to manage multiple deals in fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Demonstrated experience owning CRM platforms
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and exercise administrative judgment
