What you will do

  • Act as a strategic advisor to enterprise customers, building long-lasting partnerships and guiding them toward meaningful outcomes.
  • Co-pilot the deployment journey from early project scoping to full adoption and value realization.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to surface customer needs and influence the product roadmap.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to stakeholders, ranging from individual contributors to C-level executives.
  • Continuously upskill in product functionality and the wider AI industry to establish and implement best practices.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of customer-facing experience in a technical B2B SaaS role.
  • Proven track record of managing large enterprise customers and driving high-visibility projects.
  • Strong technical acumen and passion for the AI agent building process.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for non-technical audiences.
  • Must be based in Toronto, Canada to align with the company's in-office culture.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Agentic AI tool deployments within large organizations.
  • Working knowledge of Customer Support processes, systems, and best practices.
  • Previous experience working in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or similar fields.
