What you will do

  • Develop, maintain, and update job grading frameworks and salary ranges aligned with market trends
  • Conduct market salary benchmarking and analyze compensation gaps with data-driven recommendations
  • Manage annual salary review process, including data preparation and budget alignment
  • Perform job evaluations ensuring consistency with descriptions and competency frameworks
  • Ensure internal pay equity, labor law compliance, and governance standards
  • Oversee bonus and incentive programs from calculations to payouts
  • Prepare compensation analytics, dashboards, and insights for stakeholders

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards, preferably in global FinTech, tech, or high-growth environment
  • Strong experience with global salary benchmarking, market surveys, and compensation data analysis across regions
  • Expertise in job evaluation methodologies and global job grading/salary structures
  • Hands-on experience managing annual salary reviews and compensation budgeting
  • Solid knowledge of pay equity, labor law compliance, and governance in multinational context
  • Experience designing and managing bonus/incentive programs
  • Advanced analytical skills with Excel proficiency; HRIS and compensation tools
  • Ability to partner with Finance, Payroll, HRBPs, and senior stakeholders
