TL;DR
Senior Compensation Analyst (Healthcare): Developing competitive, equitable compensation programs and managing annual review cycles with an accent on market intelligence, data integrity in Workday, and equity administration. Location: Hybrid in NY office (3 office days per week). Preferred primary location: NY office.
Salary Range: $88,000 - $121,000 (varies by location; includes bonus and equity).

What you will do
- Manage annual compensation review process, including Workday configuration, strategy collaboration, and employee communications.
- Drive market intelligence via benchmarking tools, surveys, and position-to-market analyses.
- Maintain compensation data integrity in Workday and optimize system operations.
- Conduct data analysis, model scenarios, and deliver insights for decision-making.
- Advise recruiters on offers and partner with Finance, Payroll, HRIS on projects.
- Manage equity program, handle employee questions, and develop training.
- Lead high-priority total rewards projects.
Requirements
- 4+ years progressive experience in compensation across full lifecycle
- Hands-on Workday experience, including Advanced Compensation module
- Understanding of compensation laws (FLSA, pay equity, state/local)
- Advanced Excel proficiency (formulas, modeling, large datasets)
- Strong analytical skills, communication, and project management
- Experience in matrixed environments with stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience with benchmarking software (Payfactors)
- Equity administration software and LTIP experience
- CCP or relevant certifications
- Life sciences or technology industry experience
