Salary: $240,000 - $275,000

What you will do
- Design and implement global total rewards strategy aligned with company philosophy across regions.
- Build scalable compensation frameworks reflecting local markets and regulations, integrated in Workday.
- Leverage AI and analytics for compensation analysis, pay equity, benchmarking, and scenario modeling.
- Establish global benchmarking program to identify gaps and create multi-year remediation roadmaps.
- Partner with FP&A, CFO, and leadership on incentives, bonuses, equity, and budget planning.
- Lead HR Analytics to provide workforce insights supporting strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, HR, or related.
- 7+ years progressive experience in global compensation/total rewards.
- Experience managing programs across multiple countries, navigating regulations.
- Deep Workday HCM expertise, including compensation module and integrations.
- Proven use of AI/automation for compensation analytics and benchmarking.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and data visualization.
- Excellent communication to influence executives and present to Board.

- CEP (Certified Equity Professional) designation.
- Experience with HRIS reporting and People Analytics platforms.
