Salary: $240,000 - $275,000

What you will do

  • Design and implement global total rewards strategy aligned with company philosophy across regions.
  • Build scalable compensation frameworks reflecting local markets and regulations, integrated in Workday.
  • Leverage AI and analytics for compensation analysis, pay equity, benchmarking, and scenario modeling.
  • Establish global benchmarking program to identify gaps and create multi-year remediation roadmaps.
  • Partner with FP&A, CFO, and leadership on incentives, bonuses, equity, and budget planning.
  • Lead HR Analytics to provide workforce insights supporting strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, HR, or related.
  • 7+ years progressive experience in global compensation/total rewards.
  • Experience managing programs across multiple countries, navigating regulations.
  • Deep Workday HCM expertise, including compensation module and integrations.
  • Proven use of AI/automation for compensation analytics and benchmarking.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and data visualization.
  • Excellent communication to influence executives and present to Board.

Nice to have

  • CEP (Certified Equity Professional) designation.
  • Experience with HRIS reporting and People Analytics platforms.
